Reclamo Each contract is managed as a single project. The project follows the customer's requests and our Technical Office answers with solutions, studied, elaborated and finalized by our team. Our offer faithfully reproduces the scheme layout received by Customer (e.g. we respect the item  numbering proposed by the Customer, the offered and requested materials match clearly)Spina Group technical consultancy also includes alternative products, explained and supported by  specification and our technical skilling.   Reclamo All contracts are technically  evaluated by a qualified personnel, who produces technical specifications, data sheets and designs of all product  categories  using dedicated software. Standard and/or customized product research effectively  complies  with  the requirements of regulations/standards  and meets the technical specifications requested by the Customer. If the customer’s request is not supported by adequate technical specifications (data missing), we can offer our solution coming from our previous experience.
   
TESTS  and TRIALS   CERTIFICATE ISSUING

ReclamoOur technical team takes part in tests and trials during  the designing, production and packing  phases.  Each inspection phase is supported by  technical and commercial engineers, specialized in specific  categories of products in question. Final packing inspections are carried out by the logistic coordinator, in cooperation with Technical Manager.

   Reclamo Spina Group Customer, has only an interface with a single supplier for different product  categories, at the end of the supplying it will receive, a complete and definitive book ready to be delivered to the end-user.   The documentation edition is “ad hoc “for each single customer  and it depends on any  single contract requirements. Our purchaser needs to modify anything. Spina Group book  is “finished and ready to  be used”. Some examples:Compliance certificates: declare the product’s compliance in accordance with the current regulations.Certificates of origin: certify the origin of the product/raw materialTrial certificate/Test report: certify the correct functioning/realization of the product, and the correct use of materials. This is obtained  through various laboratory tests. Type tests: performed on a finished product in order to define the types of material used during its production.Customs code: necessary information for the international shipping of goods (code issued by the producer during the order phase).Declaration of dual use of material: created for an effective control of exported goods, declares the dual use (civil and military) of the exported goods.Interchangeability  declaration: declares the interchangeability of a particular piece(mechanical/electrical) with another one, supplied as a spare part. Manuals: of use and maintenance which include the assembly instructions.
