Oil&Gas

Neptun Deep Project

The Neptun Deep Project is a deepwater offshore project located in the Romanian sector of the Black Sea. With OMV Petrom as operator, the project involves the development of the Domino and Pelican South gas fields through 11 offshore wells, 3 subsea infrastructure, a production platform and a pipeline to shore. Its objective is to enhance the value of the Black Sea natural gas resources, increase Romania’s domestic production and strengthen the country’s energy supply security.

Rijeka Refinery — Urinj — Kostrena

The Rijeka Refinery, located in Urinj, Croatia, is an oil refinery that processes crude oil to produce fuels and refined petroleum products. The plant has undergone a major modernization project worth approximately €700 million, aimed at the construction of a Delayed Coking Unit and associated facilities. The project enables the refinery to process a wider range of crude oils, including heavier grades, with a capacity of up to approximately 4 million tonnes per year.

Porthos Compressor Station

The Porthos Project is developed in the Port of Rotterdam, in the Netherlands. The project involves the transport of CO₂ captured from port industries through a network of onshore and offshore pipelines to depleted gas fields located beneath the North Sea, where the CO₂ is permanently stored. Its objective is to reduce industrial emissions from the Rotterdam cluster and contribute to the decarbonization of high-emission sectors.
