Duqm Refinery Project

Expected to possess a capacity of 230,000 barrels per day, the DUQM Refinery is an integrated project of national significance situated within the Special Economic Zone of Duqm (SEZAD). The 230,000 BPD Duqm Refinery stands as a crucial endeavor for the advancement of Duqm, the Al Wusta Governorate, and the broader Omani economy. With the goal of establishing one of the Middle East’s premier ports in the Duqm region, the Sultanate of Oman aims to capitalize on its strategic location along the Arabian Sea. Within this framework, this project serves as the primary driving force and facilitator for the subsequent development of a significant new commercial, residential, and touristic area in Oman.

Zohr Field Development Project

Zohr, an offshore gas field located in the Shorouk area of Egypt, represents the largest discovery of its kind in the Mediterranean. Identified using advanced offshore exploration techniques, this massive natural gas project lies approximately two hundred kilometers north of Port Said. With vast reserves, Zohr has the potential to meet Egypt’s energy demands for many years to come.
