Aegean Refinery Project (ARP)

The Aegean Refinery Project, officially known as the SOCAR STAR Oil Refinery, is an oil refinery located in Aliaga, Turkey. It is the largest refinery project in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) with a processing capacity of ten million tonnes (Mt) of crude oil a year, which is equivalent to 214,000 barrels a day. STAR Refinery meets approximately 20% of Turkey’s demand for processed crude oil products and reduces the country’s petroleum products imports.

The Ndungu Project is a deepwater offshore project located in Block 15/06, offshore Angola. The project involves the development of the Ndungu field through production and injection wells, subsea infrastructure and connections to the existing West Hub network. ENAP Chile — WSA and SWS Units

ENAP, Chile’s state-owned integrated oil and gas company, has implemented Wet Gas Sulfuric Acid (WSA) and Sour Water Stripping (SWS) units at its Bío Bío Refinery in Hualpén as part of its environmental upgrade program. These facilities are designed to reduce sulfur emissions, treat sour process water, and support compliance with Chile’s stringent environmental regulations while improving the refinery’s overall environmental performance.
