Spina Group manufactures and supplies industrial electrical cables for high risk of corrosion and explosion environments in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Infrastructure, Telecommunications and Marine sectors.

The insulation materials used in the manufacturing and the thicknesses of the sheaths guarantee a high efficacy with respect to the propagation of flames and all cables are made in compliance with national and international standards (CEI, EN, IEC, BS, NF, VDE).

Cables are made according to the specifications provided by the customer. In the absence of specifications, the solutions provided are designed according to the customer’s real needs and based on accurate analysis of the areas of application.

Product tests and inspections are carried out in collaboration with the customer.

Our Offer

Instrument Cables and Thermocouples

Spina Group manufactures and supplies instrumental cables for transmission of analog (4…20mA) and digital signals, interconnection of measuring and process instruments, in safety areas and in augmented and intrinsically safe environments. We also manufactur and supply thermocouple cables TX, JX, EX, KX type to be used in all conditions and in every industrial plant. Production takes place on the basis of specific contracts and the cables are carefully tested to ensure maximum performance.

LV and MV Power Cables
Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) cables are designed for the efficient transmission of electrical power and signals, performing reliably in both standard and demanding industrial environments. Engineered to meet rigorous safety and performance standards, these cables ensure consistent operation across a wide range of conditions.
Fire Performance Cables

High-quality fire performance cables are engineered to maintain functionality under extreme conditions, ensuring reliable signal transmission and power supply even during fire scenarios. Designed for critical applications, these cables support emergency systems, alarms, and essential communication networks. Featuring fire-resistant insulation and robust sheathing, they undergo rigorous testing to meet stringent international standards, offering durability and safety in high-temperature and high-risk environments. Ideal for industrial, commercial, and public facilities, these fire performance cables deliver resilience and compliance for maximum protection.

JGTP Capacity Enhancement Project

The JGTP Capacity Enhancement Project is an expansion and upgrading project for the Jordan Gas Transmission Pipeline, aimed at increasing transmission capacity to meet growing domestic demand and support regional gas trade. The project includes pipeline upgrades and the addition of compressor facilities to allow the system to operate at higher pressures and transport larger gas volumes. The Jordan Gas Transmission Pipeline has a 36-inch (914 mm) diameter and an ultimate transmission capacity of approximately 10 billion cubic metres (bcm) of natural gas per year.

Tortue Development Project – Phase 1

An offshore project based on gas production in deep waters up to 2 km off the maritime border between Mauritania and Senegal. It is currently the deepest offshore project in Africa. Planned in phases, the Greater Tortue Ahmeyim LNG project will produce up to 10 million tonnes of LNG per year (Mtpa). A new drilling called Greater Tortue Ahmeyim-1 was carried out to a total depth of 4,884 meters in the eastern part of the Greater Tortue area, discovering 30 meters of net gas in a high-quality Albian reservoir in July 2019. This new discovery indicates the potential to expand the capacity of the LNG project beyond 10 Mtpa in the future.

Petrochemical

Borouge 4 Project

Borouge 4 is a major petrochemical expansion project under development at the Ruwais Industrial Complex in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Developed by Borouge, the project represents one of the largest industrial investments currently underway in the UAE. The primary objective of Borouge 4 is to expand the company’s polyolefin production by integrating a world-scale mixed-feedstock steam cracker with ADNOC’s refinery. This expansion will increase annual production capacity by approximately 1.4 million tonnes, transforming the Ruwais site into the world’s largest single-site polyolefin production complex.
