Spina is partner sponsor of the 46° national conference ANIMP

June 20-21, Genova, Palazzo Ducale.  Also this year  Spina participates as a sponsor partner in the national conference ANIMP – National Association of Industrial Plant Engineering. In the turning point for environmental sustainability , ANIMP dedicates its national conference to the importance of strategically addressing the issue of sustainable development also for the industrial plant supply chain.

In January, Alliance to End Plastic Waste (AEPW), a global alliance consisting of more than 30 global companies operating in different areas of the value chain, – from chemical players to consumer goods manufacturers – , was announced. AEPW will invest 1.5 billion dollars to combat plastic waste in the environment, particularly in the oceans in the next 5 years.

The awareness of the importance of environmental sustainability issues among industrial operators is therefore maximum: sustainable growth is now a strategic pillar of every company.

In this context, it is necessary to invest heavily in new plants all over the world , often based on cutting-edge technology for, for example, waste treatment and recovery, water purification, soil reclamation and recovery , the reduction of emissions into the air, up to the most innovative technical solutions of carbon sequestration.

In Spina we promote an integrated policy aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction as well as protecting the environment and health and safety of its employees and all stakeholders involved in its activities or processes.

For this reason Spina has decided to develop an integrated Quality Management System with Environment, Health & Safety in harmony with applicable regulations and voluntary certifications ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

The adoption of this integrated approach represents a strategic decision by the Top Management and is considered a key point for all the activities of the organization. It is oriented towards the continuous improvement of its performance, which is periodically monitored and analyzed.
