Cable Tray Covers

Spina Group designs and supplies cable tray covers to ensure complete protection of electrical and instrumentation cables from external agents such as dust, humidity, and mechanical impacts.

Our protective covers for cable trays and ladder trays are designed for indoor and outdoor environments, guaranteeing long-term reliability even in harsh industrial conditions.

Each outdoor cable tray with cover offers effective shielding against rain and UV exposure while maintaining proper cable ventilation. The covers are compatible with all perforated, ladder, and closed-bottom tray systems from Spina Group.

We provide ladder cable tray covers and fixing systems that allow quick installation and secure coupling without deformation. Covers are available in Hot-Dip Galvanised (HDG), stainless steel, and aluminium, matching the same materials and finishes as our cable tray product lines.

Custom sizes and thicknesses are available upon request to meet specific project requirements and environmental protection classes.

Rabigh IPP Power Plant — Makkah

The Rabigh IPP Power Plant is an independent power generation facility located in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. Fired by heavy fuel oil, the plant supplies electricity to the Saudi Electricity Company under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement. Developed by Rabigh Electricity Company, with the participation of ACWA Power, KEPCO and SEC, the project is designed to strengthen Saudi Arabia’s power generation capacity and meet the growing electricity demand across the Kingdom’s western region.

Berri Oil Field Expansion

The Berri field, situated along the eastern coast of Saudi Arabia, is undergoing expansion through the Berri Increment Program (BIP) to increase its crude production capacity to 500,000 barrels per day (bpd). Initially discovered in 1964, the Berri field commenced crude oil production in 1970, with the Berri gas plant starting operations in 1977. Currently capable of producing 250,000 bpd of Arab Light crude, the field’s expansion program aims to double its crude production capacity through enhanced oil recovery techniques.

Zohr Field Development Project

Zohr, an offshore gas field located in the Shorouk area of Egypt, represents the largest discovery of its kind in the Mediterranean. Identified using advanced offshore exploration techniques, this massive natural gas project lies approximately two hundred kilometers north of Port Said. With vast reserves, Zohr has the potential to meet Egypt’s energy demands for many years to come. Moreover, it positions the country to become a significant player in liquefied natural gas (LNG) exports within the Mediterranean region. The project required the implementation of cutting-edge technological solutions to develop infrastructure that adhered to strict timelines, budgets, and quality standards, from the initial exploration phase to production commencement.
