Cable Ladders

Cable ladders are designed to support high linear loads and to permit a higher ventilation in order to mantain a constant cable temperature inside, even with cable tray covers. For this reason, cable ladders are mainly suitable for energy cables installations.

Thermal Expansion of cable ladder parts: Our joints with crossed slots allow an even greater deviation between the elements, recovering any possible expansion without damages.

Electrical Continuity: The electrical continuity of ladder cable trays is guaranteed by the correct assembly of joints and/or the copper bonding jumper; for this purpose, properly marked grounding holes are made on the cable trays and related accessories.

As with the other cable tray systems in the catalogue, the Spina Group wire tray system is a complete system of straight elements, shelves, covers, connectors and accessories for fixing, this allows the installer to purchase compatible products, so to reduce the time required for adaptations during assembly.

Various accessories are available for installation such as floor supports, single-rod fixing brackets, wire mesh suspension brackets, wall supports (shelves), partition wall for walkways, covers and universal clips for coverage.
The availability of many accessories makes it easier to assemble in different environmental situations.

Perforated and Closed-Bottom Cable Trays

Cable trays are used in the industrial plants to protect the laid cables. Specifically, the PS and AR perforated series are characterized by more lightness and by a good ventilation of the cable inside. The typology FC (closed bottom) is particularly suitable for environments where the cable isolation is essential.

Duqm Refinery Project

Expected to possess a capacity of 230,000 barrels per day, the DUQM Refinery is an integrated project of national significance situated within the Special Economic Zone of Duqm (SEZAD). The 230,000 BPD Duqm Refinery stands as a crucial endeavor for the advancement of Duqm, the Al Wusta Governorate, and the broader Omani economy. With the goal of establishing one of the Middle East’s premier ports in the Duqm region, the Sultanate of Oman aims to capitalize on its strategic location along the Arabian Sea. Within this framework, this project serves as the primary driving force and facilitator for the subsequent development of a significant new commercial, residential, and touristic area in Oman.

The Bapco Modernization Programme (BMP) is on track to become one of Bahrain’s most significant projects to date. New Hydrogen Production Unit – Porto Marghera

The project aims at implementing two hydrogen production lines for the Venice biorefinery in Porto Marghera. Its primary objective is to increase the availability of hydrogen at the biorefinery to fulfill the requirements of the EcofiningTM unit in terms of quality, quantity, and availability, all while optimizing energy efficiency. As part of a phased transition to producing decarbonized hydrogen, these units are designed to significantly reduce the emission of fossil CO2 into the atmosphere by utilizing biogenic charges recirculated by the EcofiningTM unit.
