MV/LV Switchboards

MV/LV switchboards are designed to meet international standards and customized to client specifications. Our switchboard solutions are developed by our internal technical department, ensuring compliance with project requisitions and all relevant CEI and international standards.

We provide a full range of services, including planning, wiring, testing, packing, shipment, and detailed technical documentation. Our switchboards offer protection degrees of IP55, IP65, and IP66, ensuring reliability and safety in various industrial environments. LV distribution boards

Spina Group offers LV distribution boards designed using CCF and GUB enclosures, ideal for creating Ex d / Ex de switchboards in various configurations according to customer specifications. These boards are suited for applications such as lighting distribution, power distribution, heat tracing, and motor starters.

Made from copper-free aluminum, stainless steel, or GRP, they are built to withstand harsh environments. With installation areas classified as Zone 1 – 2 / 21 – 22, these distribution boards provide reliable and safe solutions for hazardous locations, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and customer-specific project requirements.

Control Panels

Portable field panels

Spina Group specializes in portable field panels designed for reliable power distribution and control for  industrial environments. These panels are made as stainless steel or GRP, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion and impact.

Our portable field panels come with various configurations, featuring multiple input and output connections, in compliance with  IEC, CEE standard. Teh industrial panels can support different voltage levels (typically 230V to 400V). Equipped with protective enclosures rated IP55 or IP65, they provide excellent protection against dust and water ingress, making them suitable for all conditions.

These panels are ideal for applications in sectors such as oil & gas, construction, and chemical processing, enabling safe and efficient operation of portable equipment and machinery. Socket Panels

Spina Group provides socket panels specifically designed for industrial applications,  Our socket panels are available in various configurations, featuring multiple outlets with IP-rated enclosures (IP44 / IP65) for protection against dust and moisture.

Constructed from robust materials such as stainless steel, GRP or aluminum, these panels are compliant with CE and IEC standards. They support different voltage ratings, typically ranging from 230V to 400V, and can accommodate various Socket and Plug  types according to project requirements.

SAIPEM 3000

The SAIPEM 3000 is a self-propelled mono-hull DP derrick crane vessel operating within the Saipem fleet. Designed to perform major offshore operations, the unit supports heavy-lift activities, offshore structure installation, subsea construction works and ROV-assisted operations. Equipped with a fully redundant DP Class 3 dynamic positioning system and a main crane with a lifting capacity of up to 2,177 t, the vessel is deployed on complex offshore projects worldwide.

Castorone

Castorone, located in the Black sea, the is one of the world’s largest and most technologically advanced pipelay vessels. Operating in S-lay configuration, it is capable of installing pipelines up to 60 inches in diameter in environments ranging from shallow waters to ultra-deepwater. Equipped with a DP3 dynamic positioning system, an advanced automated welding line, and a high-capacity pipelay system, Castorone delivers high production rates, precision, and reliability for complex offshore pipeline installation projects.

Hail & Ghasha Gas Development

Hail & Ghasha Gas Development is one of the world’s largest sour gas development projects. It includes the development of the offshore Hail, Ghasha, Dalma, Nasr, SARB, Bu Haseer, Shuweihat and Mubarraz fields, together with the construction of new offshore infrastructure and onshore gas processing facilities. The project is also designed to become the world’s first net-zero sour gas development. Package 2 (PKG-2) covers the construction of the onshore gas processing facilities. Its main scope includes sour gas processing plants, sulfur recovery and by-product handling units, compression systems, utilities and auxiliary infrastructure, as well as connections to the offshore installations and the UAE’s national gas network. The project aims to increase the United Arab Emirates’ natural gas production, support domestic energy self-sufficiency and boost exports, while reducing the carbon intensity of operations through the integration of Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) technologies. Once completed, the development is expected to produce approximately 1.5–1.8 billion standard cubic feet of natural gas per day (bcf/d), in addition to condensate and sulfur, making a significant contribution to ADNOC’s long-term gas strategy.
