Manual Samplers

All our systems can be supplied on a selfsupporting rack or suitable for installation on existing poles and are mounted on Painted CS or SS plates where there are installed and tested all the components. Our standard material for components in contact with the fluid is the AISI 316/316L while special materials (e.g. Inconel 625 or Hastelloy C276) are used for those processes with critical pressure and temperature conditions or having contaminants that would physically or chemically affect the SS.
Stream heaters, Purge Systems and filters, Canopies, Cooled / heated / pressurized cabinets can be provided in order to allow the quickest and the safest sampling in any climatic condition.

Our tailored systems are designed and manufactured by us in order to comply with any kind of installation condition and type of process foreseen by customer’s specifications.

Bioenergy

Rotterdam Site Development Project

The production of renewable products began at the Rotterdam refinery in the Netherlands in 2011, marking a significant milestone in sustainability efforts. With Neste’s current capacity for renewable products standing at 1.4 million tons in Rotterdam, it currently holds the title for the largest such capacity in Europe. To further bolster its commitment to renewable energy, Neste is undertaking a substantial investment of approximately EUR 1.9 billion for the expansion of the Rotterdam refinery. This expansion project aims to increase overall renewable product capacity by 1.3 million tons per annum. Consequently, the total renewable product capacity in Rotterdam will soar to 2.7 million tons annually, with sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production capability accounting for 1.2 million tons. The target timeline for starting up the new production unit is set for 2026.

Oil&Gas

Kaombo FPSO Project

An innovative ultra-deep-water offshore project, the Kaombo project in Block 32 aims to extract oil from six fields linked by 300km of pipelines to FPSO vessels. Operating at depths up to 1,950 meters, it utilizes advanced technology for its 658 million barrel reserves, with a production capacity of 230,000 b/d, making it Angola’s largest subsea well system. Through cutting-edge technology and engineering, it pushes the boundaries of traditional oil exploration, demonstrating Angola’s commitment to advancing its energy sector.

Naval

CMA CGM SCRUBBER PROJECT

The project involves fitting scrubbers onto container ships totaling a capacity of 8.09 million TEU. This initiative aims to comply with a new regulation enforced by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) since January 1st, 2020, which mandates an 85% reduction in sulfur emissions from shipping companies. The goal is to mitigate the sector’s environmental impact and enhance air quality. Scrubbers offer an effective solution for controlling emissions from large vessels by filtering exhaust gases produced during fuel combustion, thereby reducing pollution.
