The metal mesh tray system is ideal for environments where cleanliness, ventilation, and fast installation are essential. Thanks to its open structure, it ensures optimal airflow and easy cable routing, reducing heat accumulation and maintenance time.

Our mesh cable trays are available in galvanised, stainless steel, or electro-zinc finishes, providing high resistance to corrosion and mechanical stress. Each system includes straight elements, shelves, connectors, and covers — fully compatible with other Spina Group tray systems.

A wide range of installation accessories is available, including floor supports, single-rod fixing brackets, suspension brackets, wall shelves, partition walls for walkways, and universal clips for covers. These elements allow safe and flexible assembly in any industrial setting.

The wire mesh cable tray system is suitable for multiple industries such as food processing, telecommunications, construction, and oil & gas, ensuring strength and modular design in every application.

Cable trays are used in the industrial plants to protect the laid cables. Specifically, the PS and AR perforated series are characterized by more lightness and by a good ventilation of the cable inside. The typology FC (closed bottom) is particularly suitable for environments where the cable isolation is essential.

Thermal expansion: Our joints with crossed slots allow an even greater deviation between the elements, recovering any possible expansion without damages.

Electrical continuity: The electrical continuity of the cable trays is guaranteed by the correct assembly of joints and/or the copper bonding jumper; for this purpose, properly marked grounding holes are made on the cable trays and cable tray accessories.

Spina Group designs and supplies cable tray covers to ensure complete protection of electrical and instrumentation cables from external agents such as dust, humidity, and mechanical impacts.

Our protective covers for cable trays and ladder trays are designed for indoor and outdoor environments, guaranteeing long-term reliability even in harsh industrial conditions.

Each outdoor cable tray with cover offers effective shielding against rain and UV exposure while maintaining proper cable ventilation. The covers are compatible with all perforated, ladder, and closed-bottom tray systems from Spina Group.

We provide ladder cable tray covers and fixing systems that allow quick installation and secure coupling without deformation. Covers are available in Hot-Dip Galvanised (HDG), stainless steel, and aluminium, matching the same materials and finishes as our cable tray product lines.

Custom sizes and thicknesses are available upon request to meet specific project requirements and environmental protection classes.
