Optimum Shah Gas Expansion (OSGE)

The Shah Sour Gas Plant is one of the main sour gas treatment plants in the United Arab Emirates. The project involves the expansion and integration of new facilities into the existing plant to increase the treatment capacity of the highly sour gas produced from the Shah Arab Sour Gas Field. Its objective is to increase the complex’s capacity to approximately 1.45 BSCFD, improve product recovery and contribute to the security of gas supply in the United Arab Emirates.

Sannazzaro Revamping

The Sannazzaro Revamping is a project for the partial conversion of Eni’s Sannazzaro de’ Burgondi refinery, in the province of Pavia. Developed by Eni, the project involves the conversion of the Hydrocracker HDC2 unit, the construction of a pretreatment plant for waste and residues, and the upgrade of logistics and auxiliary infrastructure. The new biorefinery will have a capacity of approximately 550,000 tonnes/year and will produce HVO diesel and SAF-biojet, contributing to the decarbonization of transport and to the expansion of Eni’s biorefining capacity.
