Additionally, it sets the stage for Lukoil’s future investments in the refinery, positioning the company for long-term success in the industry.

The Offshore Cape Three Points (OCTP) project is a comprehensive endeavor focused on developing oil and natural gas reserves, specifically to meet the energy needs of Sub-Saharan Africa. Positioned off Ghana’s western coast, OCTP operates subsea wells and systems linked to the John Agyekum Kufuor Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) unit. In 2020, OCTP contributed over half of Ghana’s gas supply for thermal power generation.

HRM Boosting – Hassi R’Mel Phase III Step 2 is a capacity enhancement project for the Hassi R’Mel gas field, Algeria’s largest and one of the world’s biggest gas fields. Developed by SONATRACH, the project is designed to offset the natural decline in reservoir pressure and sustain the field’s production capacity over the long term.
